Over the last few months we've been building custom AI agents to do research and complete tasks on our behalf. Here are a couple of agents that have been working amazingly well for us.
When a new deal is created in Pipedrive, our agent produces a lead summary. This includes: what their company does, where the company (and the individual) is located, and what software they're already using. Are they using Pipedrive webforms? Cool, our agent will let us know. This makes prepping for discovery calls a snap!
This is a fun one. We've got a YouTube channel. When we get a new comment or subscriber, another one of our agents works in the background to figure out the commenter's name, work email, business website, and more — allowing us to meaningfully engage with leads right at the start of their buying journey.

Scores and routes inbound Pipedrive leads before a rep ever touches them — tagging deals with urgency, budget signals, or deal type so your team prioritizes correctly.
Scans Pipedrive for quotes sent but not followed up on, and drafts a personalized follow-up activity or email referencing the specific quote.
Watches for completed jobs and takes it from there — requesting reviews (and flagging any negative sentiment), reaching out when a customer's due for a tune-up or another service, and catching warranties before they quietly expire.
Reads closed-lost deal notes across Pipedrive and surfaces patterns — price objections, competitor names, timing issues.
Periodically audits Pipedrive for duplicate orgs/contacts, missing required fields, or deals sitting in the wrong stage.
Watches for signals outside your CRM — funding announcements, bond measures, RFPs, board meeting minutes, or leadership changes at target accounts — and flags them against keywords tied to your offering, so you know who's about to be in-market before they ever reach out.
